Your privacy is important to Good Spread Inc. ("Goodspread," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how Goodspread collects, uses, stores, discloses, and processes your personal information when you access or use Goodspread products and services, including our website at www.goodspreadsuncare.com, related mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, social media integrations, TikTok Shop storefront, third-party marketplaces, and other offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or share your information with us.

Goodspread may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Services at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The current version is always available at www.goodspreadsuncare.com/privacy.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites linked to or from the Services, or any platform on which Goodspread content is embedded. We do not control the privacy practices of others.

If you are a creator, influencer, or affiliate promoting Goodspread products, we collect information related to your collaboration including your name, contact information, social media handles, content submissions, commission earnings, and sales data. This information is used to manage the collaboration relationship and comply with applicable tax and disclosure requirements.

(e) Sensitive Personal Information

Goodspread does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government-issued ID numbers, financial account numbers beyond what is needed to process payments, health or medical information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or biometric identifiers. Please do not submit sensitive personal information to us unless specifically requested.

We process your personal information with your consent or as necessary to:

(a) Provide and fulfill the Services, including processing orders, managing accounts, and delivering products.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

  • Order fulfillment and shipping (ShipStation and carriers)

If you purchase Goodspread products through a third-party marketplace such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, H-E-B, Target, or Walmart, your information is also subject to that platform's privacy policy. We may receive limited purchase data from these platforms to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and analyze sales performance.

(c) Creator and Affiliate Platforms

If you participate in our creator or affiliate program through TikTok Shop or other platforms, information about your sales performance and commissions may be shared with those platforms as required to operate the program.

(d) Legal and Compliance Disclosures

We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law.

(e) Safety and Fraud Prevention

(f) Business Transactions

You may appeal a denied request by responding to our decision email. If you are dissatisfied with our response to an appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

(b) California Residents — CCPA and CPRA

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
  • Delete personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review. You may opt out of AI-driven personalization by contacting privacy@goodspreadsuncare.com.

We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

  1. BIOMETRIC DATA

Goodspread does not collect, store, use, or profit from biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined under applicable state biometric privacy laws, including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI).

  1. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact privacy@goodspreadsuncare.com and we will take prompt action to delete the information.

For users between 13 and 17, we encourage parental involvement in online activities. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under 16 for advertising purposes without affirmative authorization.

  • Encryption of payment information in transit and at rest

No security measure is perfect or impenetrable. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never defeat our security measures. You assume full responsibility for information you post publicly. Goodspread is not responsible for how others may use personal information you voluntarily disclose in public areas.

By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or other content to the Services or tagging Goodspread on social media, you grant Goodspread a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and business purposes as described in our Terms of Service.

  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND PLATFORMS

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, and marketplaces. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access, including TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, and H-E-B.

  1. DO NOT TRACK

The Services are not currently designed to respond to "do not track" signals from web browsers. We will update this policy if our practices change.
