ORDER FULFILLMENT

Goodspread ships orders through Amazon Fulfillment (FBA), which allows us to deliver your order quickly and reliably across the United States. Orders placed on goodspreadsuncare.com are fulfilled directly through Amazon's fulfillment network.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and federal holidays. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you placed your order through Amazon.com, your order is subject to Amazon's shipping policies and timelines.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer the following flat-rate shipping options for all U.S. orders:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.99 Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99 Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $30

Shipping estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at goodspreadsuncare.com or directly through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@goodspreadsuncare.com.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally. We are working toward expanding international shipping in the future — follow us at instagram.com/goodspreadsuncare for updates.

AMAZON ORDERS

If you purchase Goodspread products through Amazon.com, your order is fulfilled and shipped directly by Amazon and is subject to Amazon's shipping policies, delivery estimates, and Prime eligibility. For questions about an Amazon order, please contact Amazon customer service directly or visit amazon.com/orders.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive for fast and reliable delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control including carrier delays, weather events, holiday volume, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@goodspreadsuncare.com and we will investigate promptly.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Goodspread is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:

Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone at your address who may have accepted the package
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
If the package cannot be located, contact us at hello@goodspreadsuncare.com and we will work with you to find a resolution

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@goodspreadsuncare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
